26-28 May | Tagging Weekend: Tagging is the primary fundraising activity for the corps. Proceeds from this fundraiser go exclusively towards supporting the corps’ extended training activities and special events. All cadets are required to sign up for a minimum of two shifts each. Parent/Guardian volunteers are requested to assist with driving cadets to and from their tagging locations in Milton. A Microsoft Forms sign-up sheet for tagging shifts has been distributed via Facebook and the Remind app. Shift timings are as follows:

· Friday, 26 May | 17:30 - 21:00 hrs

· Saturday, 27 May | Shift 1 = 08:30 - 12:00 hrs | Shift 2 = 12:30 - 17:00 hrs

· Sunday, 28 May | 08:30 - 12:00 hrs

8 June | Annual Ceremonial Review: The ACR is the final event of the standard cadet training year and is a formal ceremony, including a parade, designed to highlight the progress and achievements of the cadets throughout their training. Special military guests will be in attendance and various awards will be presented. The ACR will take place at LHQ. Attendance for all cadets is mandatory. This event is open to all family and friends of our cadets. Cadets to arrive no later than 18:00 hrs. Spectators should arrive at 18:45 hrs. The parade will begin at 19:00 hrs.

10-11 June | Georgetown Highland Games: We are looking for interested cadet and staff volunteers. Participants will assist in daily set-up and clean-up, along with working at a Cadets table for recruiting purposes. This event will qualify for volunteer hours. Dress is FTUs. Timings are as follows:

· Saturday, 10 June | 10:30 - 17:00 hrs

· Sunday, 11 June | 09:00 - 12:00 hrs

Summer Training: All applications already received for Summer Training have now been submitted. No further applications will be accepted or processed. Dates and location have now been provided for the CAP 1 and CAP 2 courses in Halton Region. They are:

· CAP 1 | 02-05 August

· CAP 2 | 14-20 August

Both will be held at White Oaks Secondary School (1330 Montclair Drive, Oakville). Joining Instructions will be distributed once they are made available by RCSU.
